We understand that plans can change, and we believe in fair and transparent policies that respect both our customers and the hard-working professionals who make your journey possible.

Transparent Pricing, Fair Commitments

  • All-Inclusive Pricing: Our quotes cover all expenses—tolls, parking, taxes, and driver allowances. You pay what you see unless your itinerary changes significantly or daily limits are exceeded.
  • No Hourly or Per-Kilometer Charges: Your vehicle is available to you for up to eight hours per day for local trips and twelve hours for outstation travel (between cities). Within city limits, your daily mileage is 80 kilometers. (Mileage limits do not apply in Mauritius and Goa.)
  • Proactive Trip Coordination: A Rydovia representative will be in touch before and during your trip, ensuring everything runs smoothly. If your intended use may incur extra charges, we will notify you in advance—no surprises.

Commitment to Quality & Integrity

  • Professional Drivers, Premium Experience: Each trip includes a dedicated, English-speaking driver and an air-conditioned vehicle. Drivers are fairly compensated and provided allowances for meals and accommodation when away from home.
  • Clean & Safe Vehicles: Drivers follow strict hygiene protocols, including daily vehicle sanitization. Complimentary hand sanitizer is provided, and a partition screen can be installed upon request.
  • No Hidden Commissions: Rydovia does not take commissions from restaurants, shops, or detours. Our drivers and operators are incentivized to prioritize your experience—not third-party kickbacks.
  • Secure & Flexible Payment Options: All payments are processed securely online. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, bank transfers, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Indian e-wallets in multiple currencies.

Cancellations & Refunds

We recognize that travel plans can shift unexpectedly. That's why we've designed a fair and flexible cancellation policy that respects both our customers and our dedicated drivers.

  • Full Refunds for Early Cancellations: If you cancel at least 24 hours before your pickup time, you will receive a 100% refund—no questions asked.
  • Late Cancellations: We understand that last-minute changes happen. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of pickup, we will refund as much as possible without being unfair to the driver, who has already committed their time.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within three business days. However, depending on your bank, it may take up to ten business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
  • Reservations Under Three Days or Last-Minute Bookings: Trips booked for less than three days or within 24 hours of pickup require full payment upfront. Our cancellation policy remains the same, but refunds may be limited due to short-notice logistics.
